The HOLA COOK EASY FRYER, type EF, is designed to match the B-Shaped Frying Theory (*1). Via HOLA Unique Heating Tube design, the oil temperatures in input and output area are slightly higher than in the middle. Therefore, the product surface is hardened as fast as possible so that its original taste will remain in the food in the beginning stage. Next, at a little bit lower temperature, product is fried in comparatively longer time than the former stage. This is to increase the core temperature sufficiently to sterilization level. At last stage, it applies a higher temperature to take as much oil as possible out of products.
