Filling (42,7%): courgettes 38% of the filling, cooked shrimps 23% of the filling (shrimps, salt), ricotta cheese (milk whey, milk, cream, acidity corrector: citric acid), breadcrumbs (wheat flour type "0", beer yeast, salt), sunflower seed oil, parsley, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), garlic, salt, pepper.
